Busy Beeee

Well i've been pretty busy lately putting a lot of last minute touches on things for the wedding {{12 days away!!!}} I can't wait to share some of the things i've been making with you all!! BUT you'll have to wait!!

Yesterday was our Bachelor/Bachelorette party together, almost the whole wedding party together, hanging out...it was a lot of fun!

Laundry room cabinet

The top of my cabinet in the laundry room ///still haven't got any knobs, shame on me! haha. I want to get a few more moss balls to put up there, but it does look better with some color up :)

As some of you probably remember when I redid this cabinet, (HERE) it's lookin better and better! It's getting there! lol. Just for some knobs hmmm...

Lemon Sugar Scrub

A lemon sugar scrub

This is what you'll need

Measure out 2 1/2 cups sugar

1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Add in 5 tablespoons of lemon juice (or scented essential oils to your liking)

*MIX together

Makes enough to fill a 12 oz mason jar and a little extra

Sissy's Birthday!

Today, May 13th, is my sister Heather's birthday!!

We all went out to celebrate tonight.

Went out to eat to a good restaurant {{with good burgers and fries}} and then home for some coffee & cheesecake!! *I think on Sunday we are having the rest of the family over (aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandmas) for some traditional cake and ice cream.....YUM!

The Magic Touch ~Charms~

*Making 3-D Charms*
                                    
First you will need some of this, I've seen it can be called a few different things such as Dimensional Magic, Diamond Glaze or Magic-Gloss.

 Then some of these pendants/charms and some accessories to put inside!

 On mine I put some scrapbook paper in there to give them a cute background, but you could put anything in
there that you wanted. So they just look cloudy for a while then clear up when you know they are finished drying. Now mine took roughly 24 hours to dry completely, the bottle said 15-60 minutes, but they looked about the same as when I started, so I just let them sit.
                                    
And here's what they look like finished! *NOTE:: you can put another layer of glue once they have dried to give more of a bubble shape or another layer.

Mother's Day weekend!!

First I would like to say sorry about the slacking on blogging!! lol... Since the weather has gotten a lot nicer out, I've been spending a lot more of my time outside. Happy May Days

Happy May Everyone! What a lovely weekend! Yesterday was just so nice outside! My sister, Heather and I went riding, felt so good to be in the saddle and with some sunshine too! Got some yardwork done and finished with a nice cookout, OH and I made the first batch of sun tea!! mmm....
