Vintage Games and Industrial Cart

Happy Monday!
A fresh new beginning to this week!...and it feels like it too, with our fall like weather yesterday and this morning! It was a little chilly this morning, I had to wear a sweat shirt to the barn to feed the horses.
Here's a few things I picked up at an Estate sale a few weeks ago.
I thought these cards were pretty and would be perfect for fall time!

I found an old Bingo set, some poker chips, and some pretty strawberry tissue paper.

Here's my new industrial cart! It's a pretty big one, longer and taller.
Thought it would even make a good seating bench.

I still have to clean it up and do lots of sanding.

Over the weekend Luke and I were outside a lot and working on some things around the house, enjoying the nicer days of our weather that will soon be gone. I brought my fall things out last night, so I will be starting to decorate hopefully later today!

Have a wonderful day!!

  2. Lucky you, having some fall! We had our town annual festival Saturday and it was 90 and humid. Today rain all day, but can't wait to wear a sweatshirt. So love your industrial cart, what a fantastic find! Sweet cards, I can't resist buying them for crafting either.

Be sure to show the cart again...love to see how you are using it. :)

  4. It's soooooo hot and muggy here in Los Angeles, really miserable out. You're so lucky to be cooling off. I feel like we've had warm temps all this year. WAH!
Love your cart! You always find such fun stuff.

    Happy week!

  5. It's still a little warm here, but the nights are getting cooler and the mornings too. Fall is my favorite time of the year. Love your new old industrial cart. Are you going to use it as a coffee table? Looking forward to seeing how you use it.

  6. That cart is awesome! I wouldn't do anything to it! Except make some cushions or something to throw on it when you want to sit and enjoy it. Wouldn't some plaid wool throws and a wicker picnic basket look neat on it? It's fabulous! Hugs!

  10. Hi Sweetie...What great finds, especially that cart! You can load that thing up with all sorts of pumpkins and Halloween goodies and it would be just wonderful out on the front lawn...that is of course if you give up sitting on it for awhile! I've been looking for a nice old wagon or wheelbarrow for some time now. I think the hubby may have to make me one! Have a great rest of the week Holly! xo
