A big Ol' Santa Welcome

Isn't he just the cutest!!!
He stands right in front when you enter the shop, where my booth is.
So welcoming he is!! :)  He's quite large too!

I've been making lots of Christmas & holiday scented candles and warmer tarts lately.....such yummy smells! And they are perfect the holidays! I have a few listed in my Etsy shop.  If you are interested and would like anything just let me know, I'd be happy to work with you!! I have many other scents that I haven't listed in my Etsy shop.

You might have seen from my previous post of my booth, these tissue flowers. I thought the colors would look festive, and cheery! They were pretty easy to make, you just grab 2-3 sheets and fold them back and forth, tie in the middle ( I used yarn) *you can make a wave pattern on the edges for the sides to look more rounded* and then just puff them out....and tie together! **There's some good tutorials on Pinterest! :)

a few other Christmasy goodies :)

 and my sweetest Jerry boy.....
we will be taking some naps and resting on Thursday together....

So today I had a consultation for my wisdom teeth, and I will be getting all four out this coming Thursday...like in two days!! I'm pretty terrified! I don't know if I'm more scared for the procedure, the iv (I've never had one) or the recovering part! My dad is going to take me, and my hubby will take good care of me....he's so good at it too!! So tomorrow I have a lot I want to get done, some cleaning, vacuuming, and laundry before this happens Thursday....so I might be gone for a few days.....or I might be here alot! Lol. Hopefully it all goes good!! :)

ps. thank you all so much for your sweet comments about my booth!! You all are the sweetest, and truly wonderful people, I feel blessed to have such lovely blog friends!! Thank you!
Hope you have a great week!! xo Holly

  1. Yes that Santa is cute, and of course your Jerry Boy is too!
So sorry to hear about your wisdom teeth! I think it's very "random" as to how people deal with the after part. A couple years ago one of mine was bugging me and so I got that one taken out. I'm 35 and they never came in, and my Mom's never did ever! She still has all of them! My recovery was no big deal. Just some pain meds for the day, and a good nap. I think I ended up with a big bruise on my cheek too.
So just make sure the dentist gives you some good drugs and all will be well! :P
    Hugs- Erica :)

  6. Ah, that Santa is just adorable, and what a welcome to your sweet booth! I'll be thinking of you and sending a prayer for an easy procedure and quick recovery Holly! I had 2 wisdom teeth pulled a long time ago and it went well, then last summer another tooth pulled. For some reason I was very anxious about that one, and it went well also. Lots of drugs, please! A good excuse to eat sherbet and ice-cream, so take advantage of that~lol, and let hubby take good care of you.

ps/ Doyle seems to know when I don't feel well and snuggles up, so I know your cute Jerry will be doing the same. He is precious! Is that a pillow (the blue & white) he's napping on? So pretty!

  11. Your booth is so adorable! I wish that I lived closer! Hope all is going well with your wisdom teeth extraction. My daughter had hers out this past summer and did great. She worried about a dry socket but never got it. She was real careful. I never had any wisdom teeth but I did have an emergency appendectomy a few yrs back. That iv needle was a booger. It was worse than the surgery in my opinion :) But I did have to stay in the hospital for five days and that iv was terrible. I hope it didn't give you too much trouble and that you are home resting comfortably. Have a wonderful pain free Sunday. I will be praying for a speedy recovery, holly
