A few finds

Good morning! 
Here are a few finds I found at an estate sale I went to last weekend.
Not sure what I'm going to use the tool box for yet, it was only a dollar, I figured I could use it for something! Lol. I thought the little red metal case was so cute, I was already picturing that one spray painted a different color and doing like an altered box out of it. And putting many fun pieces on and inside of it.

The watches I was excited to get, I've been wanting some for jewelry making! 

This cabinet was $2.50.....how can you pass that up!?! so I decided to get it. I've been seeing online and pinterest them spray painted and all prettied up. I might try something like that or maybe just donate it to Luke (if he can maybe use it or even put it in the garage or something)

I showed hubby these online and he said oh we can make those!
So he ordered some parts and ta da! 
 And now I have a sweet drinking glass! :) 

I'm going to make a candle batch of Cranberry Marmalade and Apples & Maple Bourbon for a friend at work. Are you up to anything fun today? I've been having fall and Halloween on my mind lately, and I'm wanting to start making some new things..... :)

    Very cool! I love old tool boxes :) I have three of them that I use for my tools. I love the mason jars, Michele and I made some for her shower.

    Great finds! I found a file cabinet for $5 and thought that was good, you really got a bargain. Love your mason drinking jars, so cute! Yum, those candles sound good.

    Great finds! Oh gosh the file cabinet...what a steal! And I love the mason jars...I have been wanting one for Beka, she always drinks her juice from a mason jar.

    Hi Holly, It was such fun to find your comment on my blog. I have missed visiting your sweet blog and seeing all the wonderful things you create. I have to laugh at this canning jar redo as my sister-in-law (from Indiana!) came to our family reunion camping trip with canning jars that had been attached to glass candlesticks as "wine glasses". How convenient to be able to screw the lids on as you walk from tent to tent visiting.
    I had no idea Ball canning jars actually originated in Indiana or that Ball State was started by the company.

    Man, those are some unbelievable prices!! I always head to the garage to get the metal boxes, and rusty treasures! Can't wait to see what you do with the file cabinet...$2.50!!!!!
